spoke to support to solve a known problem with my laptop told i need to purchase a £45 usb to try fix they charged me £20 for express delivery that took 5 days just to find out usb wont fix problem phoned again told to phone chez republic and they said that no replacment or refund will be given unless i post usb back to chez republic at my own expense so having spent £65 on a usb i still got a laptop that does not work all because hp know that the memory system they use in hp pavillion 15 laptops causes problems with the recovery program

I have made two complaints about a telephone assistant who discriminated against me for having speech issues on the phone as they told me to phone, only for those two complaints to be completely ignored.
Shameful company for any problems!

Wish I could give HP a negative review. If you don't partipate in their ink program they shut down your printer, even though you purchased the printer.

I have been trying for at least 2 weeks to get into my hp account as i cannot access my hp account due to not being able to sign in

So dissapointed with hp ink i havecbeen trying to get intonmy account tonupdate my payment details but the code is being sent to the wrong e mail address im very unhappy as i desperately need my ink supply and need to change my payment details but so far im hitting a brick wall which ever way i try making contact i was very happy with my plan but lost my bank card so need to give new my new details but cannot get it sorted

HP NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR COUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION THEY DONT EVEN HAVE PROPER SERVICE, THEY ASK TO HOLD THE LINE AND DISCONNECT..
THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE AFTER PURCHASE.... I THINK THEY ARE NOT PROPER QUALIFIED TO HELP THEIR COUSTOMER... THEIR TRAINING IS TO KEEP THE COUSTOMER ON HOLD AND DISCONNECT. EVEN WHATSAPP NUMBER HELPLINE SERVICES IS NOT AT ALL GOOD...

Charge of £210 for job not done on printer

Phoned HP for advice about my printer not working. Women answered, and I explained to her about my reason for calling. She asked me to hang on while she got a male to help. After putting my computer over to him so he was in control of it for half and hour. He asked me to hold while he got another tech engineer. All together well over an hour spent. Then charged me £210. I was disgusted to see that HP was using I-Tech Group PTY LTD instead of their own staff. I used to get all help online by following instructions. I only realised I was conned when I printed out their invoice from the gmails. Not one person I spoke to spoke good English. Was I dealing with HP in a foreign country? Only now do I see the bad reviews your getting. I will never buy from HP ever again!
