I twice tried to order replacement ink directly from HP. I am currently living in Mexico, but am an American citizen. I needed the ink for my HP printer while I am in Mexico. HP will not sell to me because my cell phone number is form the United States. They will only sell to someone who has a cell phone with a country code of 52 (Mexico). I tried multiple ways to resolve this but they will not allow Americans who live in Mexico to purchase online from them. Is that not a totally RACIST policy.

This is a cry for help. I am being charged for ink for a printer I returned as faulty to Amazon. Your ink is of no possible use to me but I cannot find a way to cancel the contract for which I am paying

My fridge was installed on 16 Oct 2020. In the evening of 25 Nov the light went out in the fridge. The next morning (26Nov), I rang 03448224224 and an engineer was sent out that same afternoon. Great! He inspected the fridge and concluded that it needed a new bulb and said he would arrange for one to be posted out. (There had been an issue with the address Indesit had recorded for me so that was rectified). The next day, Fri 27 Nov, I was out all day and when I returned in the evening the freezer compartment and the food therein had defrosted. The fridge also was no longer cold. Obviously the problem was more extensive than just the bulb. I rang this morning (Sat 28 Nov) to report and a further visit has been booked... for Thurs 3 Dec! That’s almost a week away and meanwhile I have no way of safely storing frozen or refrigerated food. I asked to make a complaint about the wait to be told that she would put a note on my file but that there is no formal complaints procedure! Really?! So, I trawled the internet and your webpage for a complaints procedure and although it is promised on this website, it doesn’t actually seem to exist in a way that is fit for purpose. It tells customers to ring the number I had already rung where I’d been told there is no complaints procedure. It gives you the option to chat but then tells you no chat is available. There is no email address to write to and no alternative phone number to ring. The online form makes no provision for a complaint whatsoever despite promises to do so. In fact I have just spent an hour and a half going round in circles trying to get this resolved and make a complaint. This seems to be the only place to be able to say what I need to say. I expect that by writing on here though, my personal details will not be made public. I do not give my permission for that but they can be used internally for the purpose of dealing with my complaint. What an appalling service!

Customer services were unhelpful. When I got through to an agent I was told I

would be transferred to someone who could help me. No transfer I was just cut off. tried a 2nd time same thing happened. I spent over an hour on this.

Then sent an email to them. No reply there either. What's going on?

Aftercare is shocking, taken me all week and still trying to get hold of a real living person to speak to regarding my printer, I call the helpline and it just cuts me off, the answer I need is not online, even the complaints phone number eventually cuts me off.

Do HP even employ living people??

Even asks me to check the box to confirm I am human when filling this is, I assume they don't deal with humans?

Order Number: CUR20797758191 Part No: 1522434902

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to make a complaint regarding the experiences I had with Hotpoint company. We purchased a Hotpoint Fridge-freezer from PC world/Curry on 5/07/2020 which was delivered on 7/07/2020.

From the day one I notice the door does not shout and it seems no magnetic on door, however I was not concern but eventually during the next few weeks I notice that the food and vegs goes off earlier than their expiry date so I changed the temperature but this time the food was getting frozen. I work for NHS in hospital and due to Covid-19, I had to take extra shifts to support my vulnerable colleagues. Unfortunately I did not managed contact PC world or Hotpoint before the first 30 days time as it takes hours to sit and contact them. However after few weeks of struggle and myself and my son taking time off to be able to call we were told that we can't get a replacement and we have to wait for inspection by an engineer. The engineer was called who did not turned up and claimed he could not find the property which was another day off wasted for my son. On the second attempt I had to ask my partner to make phone calls and arrangement as we could not take another day off. The engineer met in our place with my partner who confirmed that the thermostat is faulty and he will order a new part which was 24th of September.

Since then I have made several phone calls to PC world who will replace the fridge but need Uplift number from Hotpoint. I contacted several times and Hotpoint won't give me the number as they believe their obligation is to only repair it. However the part is out of stock and they can not tell me when the part will be available?

I had a terrible experience with this purchase and I believe this was a faulty fridge from beginning. I have spend lots of money on phone, and foods. I have spend hours of my time off to get an answer and this has added to my stress for the last 3 months. I work in NHS demanding job to take care of people and it is not fair that I spend my time off for a faulty items instead of relaxing and gaining my energy to go back to take care of my patients.

I would like the fridge freezer to be replaced immediately and be compensated for the money and time I spend for purchasing this items. I have a right under consumer act and if I don't get any support from your team I will write to consumer right.

Dear Sir

Please provide me the phone number for the head of your legal team, as your abusive staff have spent 7 months not repairing my computer, all they have done is abuse a disabled customer, and lie to me! You are in breach of a subject access request and of consumer law. I have been left no other route than the uk court!!

I await your reply

Regards

P Williams
