so i get a txt ,,we have been trying to get intouch please call this number,i did several times all i got is delivery dates i no the date why are they bothering me??? i wil never buy off these people again ,,went to web site ,,had to get a code,,no good then went to online chat thought human at last,,,wrong computer i asked questions,reply do you want to buy a tv rubish hour of my life wasted trying to find out why they keep wringing me i HATE THEM NEVER AGAIN would not mind but only saving a fiver

Fridgemaster Fridge Freezer

I purchased a fridge freezer from AO. Com in July 2019 which has stopped working l am being fobbed off when i contact AO as they have told me to contact the manufacturer which is nonsense, I have looked into Consumer Rights so watch out AO you are not ripping me off!!

Sorry to have to write this, however, today whilst driving up Bovingdon High Street roughly 12-30pm, one of your drivers going down the High St blocked my path as he was speeding round the bend and agreed didnt see me. It was my right of way, as cars were parked on his side...i reversed so he could pull in, which he half heartedly did, he refused to move over a bit more and expected me to drive on the pavement to get past him, i also refused this stating, it was my right of way and he needs to pull in the gap. Basically he took the piss out of me. Is this a good advert for your company ? I think not 😠
