Indesit complaints number & email.

I had an engineer booked to come and fix my 10month old dishwasher, came built in with the apartment. I waited in all day for the engineer to be informed I was not in. The engineer also arrived later than usual. I believe they went to a new address as it is a new build, they did not contact me to say I would be next, nor did they contact me about gaining access they had two contact numbers.
I had to wait a week for the appointment, I am 38 weeks pregnant have back pain and in agony when I wash the dishes as the dish washer isn't work and it has also aggravated my husbands back hernia. Very poor service, no dishwasher for Christmas when we are hosting, the engineer cannot return apparently even though they are at fault, next engineer not available until 28/12 and can't reimburse if i find and call out my own engineer. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of customer service.

I purchased a Indesit Fridge Freezer November 22 nd 2021 the freezer has stopped working and has defrosted overnight ruining food. Think it should have lasted a bit longer than 13 months just out of warranty. Absolute rubbish ! Can’t afford to have it mended or replaced so stuck with no freezer lovely!!

Purchased indesit tumble dryer through curry’s on 13th December. Stopped working on 4th December. No replacement offered for such. New appliance had to wait two weeks for engineer. Engineer came today and said belt has gone, not our fault as the user. He has to order the belt so will come back in two weeks. I believe I should have the right to be offered a full refund as it’s less than 6 months old but can’t get through to talk to someone at either curry’s or hotpoint. Can anyone help or point me on the right direction. I just want it taken away and a replacement, which if I order online will arrive quicker than the part!

I purchased an Indesit washing machine through a.o.com, Who I have to say have been fairly from the start. We have had the machine just over 3 months and had noticed an increasing burning smell when running, I rang a.o who advised us not to use the machine and they would arrange for Indesit to send an engineer out. He came out and told us the machine needed a new drum and a new motor. 3 weeks later we are still waiting after having an email to say parts aren't in stock. When trying to contact Indesit all I get is my calls cut off, I spoke to Cherry on chat who told me there was nothing that could be done and to wait another week. I asked if she would wait 4 weeks without being able to use the machine, to which she replied NO but there is nothing else they could do. Absolutely shocking service, no help at all and no concern about a machine that could easily be a fire risk. These people take no responsibility for the dangerous products they manufacture and sell on. I wonder how many serious have been caused by this company???
