competent hours, potential pay increase, competent manager, but absurd upper management. You're never in the office; therefore, you never get to meet your supervisors.

The work was diverse, with a nice mix of co-workers and interactions with everyone. Although working with the public can be difficult at times, I have had excellent training, and I have strong people skills, so no problem is too big for me or another colleague to solve—the knowledge is out there to be found. Since recycling is essential to the survival of our ecosystem, education for all is crucial, but it must be delivered in a kind and diplomatic manner by all.

It is obvious that Copeland Borough Council values its employees' inclusiveness and provides excellent customer service; therefore, if given the chance, I would be pleased to collaborate with them once more.
