I have now been waiting for someone to answer my call for 56 minutes and I'm still waiting whilst writing this. They will answer you calls quick enough if you want to make a booking. so they can grab your money, but anything else they don't answer their phones. "Crap service". Also, above on this page the first question is "Company/Entity that I complaining about:" clearly they can't write in English.
