Management is horrible, but training is acceptable. No one above your grade level will even look you in the eye. Very cliquish staff. You won't receive assistance from anyone above your pay grade, so don't anticipate it. There are too many senior employees and not enough workers.

I am a drama coach for Darlington Borough Council. Even though it's only one night a week, I get to use my drama degree, and it's a great difference from my day job.
