My parcel was taking a while to deliver and i had no real clarification from yodel, so i live chatted with a member of staff and they were very polite and helpful

How this company is still running is a surprise to me.
I have had a problem today when i recieved an email to say that they had attempted to deliver to me 2 minutes ago. I have cctv and a ring doorbell fitted, so i have been in contact with their complaints department via a message service, who after cutting me off twice then began to argue about my claims and saying the sat nav had recorded them outside my property.
This is not the first time i have had adverse dealings with this company, on two previous occasions they delivered to the wrong address, on both occasions the items were perishable and deemed useless on evential delivery.
Please do not use this company, they have over the last few years caused me so much anxiety, i am put off Mail Ordering in future. I would give them minus stars if there was the facility

Shames there isn’t a no star review. I got cut off after going through all the security requirements with Dipshika. Then I got a paste of a long message telling me about “exciting offers’ if I downloaded the Ap from the next operator but no update on my parcel. Today, Kunal cut me off after I asked why the parcel wasn’t delivered on the day it was confirmed. The operators are just reading and pasting replies from a script Totally unacceptable . How do they get away with it???

I was on a LIVE CHAT to someone called Kakai who completely ignored my problems and came up with an utterly unhelpful resolution. I ended the chat with Kakai by accident and found myself in a new LIVE CHAT with A Ankush, who was very quick, polite and direct with their help. They did everything they could to help me with my query, I truly appreciate their work.

This is the second time that Yodel have made a NON delivery to me. The last time only few weeks ago they said it was delivered BUT it took days to tell me it was delivered somewhere else and I NEVER received the parcel. Today, same thing they are saying my parcel has been delivered BUT it was NOT delivered to me. When I buy on line again I will stipulate to the seller NOT to use Yodel. Very poor customer service, Very Poor help and they cut off your conversation when they cant give help. If they do gat back it can take DAYS!!!

I wished to report an incident yesterday by a driver of Yodel and was unable to speak with anyone about the incident or even get through on the LIVE CHAT.
My dog and I were nearly driven into by a Yodel driver in Carmel yesterday on Llywn Ifor lane, a very narrow lane with a van which filled the lane, as the driver was driving at top speed on a bend, with over grown hedges on wet roads. I had to throw myself and my dog into the hedge. The driver screeched to a stop and then drove on. The incident has been referred to North Wales Police.

Been tracking my order all day with Yodel. Tracking info then said delivery had been made at 6pm, No parcel, no delivery driver. So where is my parcel. tracking no JJD0002247704212140. Its a bloody joke. will be complaining to Yodel and where item was purchased from as soo as they are open

I am letting you know that My son has been sent a parcel from wish. 16/09/21 he received a message saying that the parcel was left @2pm, in the Garage, next to the white wardrobe?? (We do have a garage, locked at all times) and there is no white wardrobe in there anyway?? so where is the parcel??? He rang last night after he got the message, but the people refused to send him a copy of the photo of the door it was posted to, why. they also said wait 24 hours it may still be with the driver? how? if they had a photo of the door it was posted to? there was no card through the door to say where it was left? all we know is the driver was called Dave. Even if he could come back and show us the door it would help. But the customer service have done nothing to help and through them, my son is £72 out of pocket. Where to go from here? This is not the first time this has happened. the last time I found the door and got my parcel because the person I spoke to DID send me a photo of the door!! number was right, but 2 streets away!
