Hi I have been waiting for a parcel since 13 November 2020 to be delivered still waiting can not get anyone to answer a phone call I think your service is very poor

ordered a product from Argos and they sent a message to say that it would be delivered by Yodel on Monday 23rd. They also said that you would send a link to track my item and a two hour delivery time slot. You failed to do any of these. This was a special surprise for my very ill husband. The only surprise was that there was no gift from me. You didn't even send a message to say that it was delayed and wouldn't arrive until today. Until I complained to Argos this morning I had not heard from you. Then suddenly I had a message and time slot but still no apology. The package popped through my letter box this afternoon during the time slot . Your communication is the worst I have ever experienced . I rate you as zero. I would like to hear your comments with regard to this. I know that we are living in difficult times but this is no excuse for no communication.

I had a collection booked for yesterday and nobody arrived.When I went on to the tracking website it said they called at 18.16 and left a card.The did not happen.Firstly I was in,secondly nobody left a card and thirdly if somebody had knocked at my door my dog would have barked, he did not so I know nobody came. This morning I have been trying for a hour to contact a human and cannot.I have rebooked this pickup again lets hope they turn up this time

yesterday yodel driver knocked on door with lot of parcels, we live on beech ave, parcels were for laurel ave, streets have name plates maybe asian driver cannot read. my wife called at 16, laurel ave and person said they would call for parcel's today. it is now 3pm no sign of anyone coming to collect parcels which are very large and blocking our hallway up, if no-one collects them soon all parcels will be out in the street raining or not. maybe yodel should check asian drivers to see if they can read. DISGUSTING.

I am writing on behalf of my wife Jane Youde who has now had another one of your employees Bishu Tamang sending an email when she had already given the details on Chat to your Desmane Van Niekerk (copy below) regarding the parcel with the above tracking number which you categorically state that you delivered personally into her hand on the 28th October 2020. Niekerk said (look at details below) quote “We'll need to have a word with the driver about your delivery. If you can provide us with your email address, we'll be sure to get back to you within 24 hours with an update” unquote. He then goes on to say quote “I understand and I truly am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I have raised this matter to your local depot. Please allow 24hours for feedback”.

So why have she got Tamang coming back to her me with an email dated the 30th October 2020 saying quote “Good afternoon, We trust that this email finds you well and thank you for your patience during the investigation.

We are contacting you regarding, the investigation which was conducted. Please contact us as we need the parcel details for further information for you.

If you require any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us via Live Chat or you can call us at 03447550117.

Kind regards Bishu Tamang Customer Relations Team” unquote.

I can only surmise that these 2 people have not got a clue on what goes on in your organisation and I feel that because of the answers you have thus supplied then it appears you are scamming me.

I have already told Niekerk which I hope he passed onto to your local depot, but suprisinly enough it does not seem like it has otherwise Tamang would not have sent the confusing and stupid email.

I have told your organisation via Chat (Niekerk) in no uncertain terms that it appears and that the driver either delivered my parcel with tracking number JJD0002247150297306 to:-

a.the wrong address because his vehicle does not show up on my security camera,

b.he has lost my parcel

c.or indeed and God forbid he has stole the goods.

If of course it is all three then he needs to be sacked and if it is c. then I will certainly get the Police Involved

It is a sad inditement that China delivers quite a few packages to me and they come a long way with no errors with their transport system and yet when they arrive in the UK you fail to deliver and blame the pandemic for mistakes.

If I do not get an honest and satisfactory answer to why the package was not delivered to my address 4 Greenacre, Hixon, Stafford ST18 0QE then I have no alternative but to write to the Barclay Brothers direct.

I AM ABSOLUTLEY FURIOUS ,I ORDERED AN ITEM ONLINE AND YODEL COURIER IS SAYING THEY HAVE DELIVERED IT ....LIES ,NO CARD THROUGH MY DOOR ,ASKED ALL MY NEIGHBOURS DID THEY TAKE IT IN FOR ME ,THEY HAVE NOT AND IT SEEMS THEY HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES FROM YODEL TO,I WANT MY ITEM ASAP OR I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION ....WHY ARE THEY NOT PUTTING CARDS THROUGH THE DOOR ,ALSO THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE DELIVERED I WAS HERE ALL DAY ,SO MORE LIES ,,NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL

I had a collection arranged . Whilst tracking driver went from 4 stops away to we missed you and have left a card . no card left and no sign of driver. Chat line useless and unable to arrange a new collection.
