Undelivered products but money taken

I purchased products via the website to be informed standard delivery would be 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later i am still waiting although the money has been taken from my account for the items. I have had an email from matalan stating the order was on its way and will be with me shortly, this was 2 weeks ago. Using the tracking information given to me the courier is still awaiting delivery to them from matalan. Matalan then had a cheek to send me a survey regaing my order that i should haved recieved asking how they did. When trying to contact matalan all you can do is use email where you get a auto response and no one contacts you but its ok as the hear you.

Rubbish i will never use the again and i am seeking legal advice due to the theft of money taken from my account.

Hi on visiting your store today I considered the merchandise excellent, however the checkout was a nightmare. There were few people in the shop, but the check out cue was shocking. Only one till had an actual person there, to pay cash and return products, all the rest were self service which I had never come across this system before. There were two staff members who were there to help, although one did not seem to be up to speed with the system. Customers were complaining in a very long queue. I mentioned it to a staff member on the way out, not in any way aggressive I considered the aggression to come from the staff member. stating that thousands had stated they thought the system was amazing and about time! I was apparently the only person to ever complain about the new system. I consider the system discriminatory to especially elderly, and vulnerable people. I consider your shop to be excellent, good value for money and very good quality. However following todays experience, I doubt whether I could shop there again, dreading the time I pay for my purchases, I feel sad about this as I cannot foresee it improving as one of the staff at hand required assistance from the other member of staff. Pluss the very unhelpful attitude of the member of staff at the door who I mentioned it to. I was not aggressive in any way, although the attitude of your staff member was extremely negative.
