One star because I can't give any less....Atrocious customer service...over one hour waits on phone and then no meaningful information. Passport delivery date on tracking site changed time and time again....why on earth does HMPO use these people, they are totally unreliable and uncooperative.

Extremely poor service, I have tried to rearrange my delivery of official documents but the tracking site would not pick my postal code and then after calling on several occasions and waiting for hours every time, further on sending various emails I have had no one call me back or even respond to emails. Extremely unprofessional and inefficient service. Still waiting for a response

I couldn’t give a zero so that’s why I put 1, my daughters & grandsons passport is being held by tnt , they were supposed to be delivering it 7 times & not shown up my father is dying in Jamaica we need these passports to go & see him while he’s still with us! 1 month they’ve had it & keep giving dates as to when it will be delivered but they still do not deliver! I’m fuming!!!

Appalling service having viewed tracking of expected delivery i took the day off work to ensure receipt of the goods as tracking stated having waited all day at the end of the day the tracking status changed to "company closed at 5.04 pm re ettempt to deliver pending" i was still at my gate working untill 6.30 pm this firm cannot be trusted and the only reason they show 1 star is because they dont give a NO Star rating as what they are.

Never again will I use tnt courier lies and deceit and nobody give 2 hoots about you the customer . Once they have your money your nothing to them . Just a number . Avoid them at all cost rude unhelpful staff and no customer service
