Claire Platt, Senior Enforcement Officer, Trading Standards and Community Protection, contacted me when I required help about the potential registration of an ingredient for animal food. My question was answered in a timely, polite, and professional manner. Claire also offered great recommendations for more resources and best practices. Cheshire East Trading Standards, thank you.(Betch doesn't often hear that.)

As useful as a chocolate fireguard, I conversed with the robots on the waste assistance line. Recycling bin half-emptied: It's clear that the workers don't examine the bin once it's placed on the van; they must have compacted it. Incredible.
