It has been diabolical trying to get in touch with UPS, on the phone or email. this is the worse service ever. I have tried calling numerous times for several hours at a time, no Joy and emails well, if you're lucky enough to get a reply it won't actually answer your simple request for one piece of information. Unbelievably bad service. come on guy's it's 2021!

Such terrible service.. Waited in... Most of the day.. Left a card 1st time no drivers number
2nd time a scribbled number.. Worse than hermes and they're really bad.if I could put 0 I would of. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and directing others to royal mail

This must be the worst delivery service in the UK. The parcel arrived in the Uk and I paid customs on 8 June. After ringing several times each day, it was scheduled for 15 June. No delivery; no explanation; telephone operator hung up.

We paid for one day delivery. Tracking stated Tuesday 15 August, Late delivery today is most inconvenient and is totally unsatisfactory. I will never use Yodel again. No compliant email -useless company
