Some customer care was provided in order to find a misplaced bag. When my spouse was travelling to see me for our 20-week first baby in Paris, he forgot his suitcase (including his passport) on the train. The staff at Greenwich station, especially Ryan at the Southeastern customer service centre, went above and beyond to assist us. He was able to obtain his passport the same day and still accompany me in Paris for the scan, thanks to the staff's prompt actions and above-and-beyond efforts. We are really grateful to Southeastern!

I relocated to Southeast London in 2022, and I couldn't have gotten to and from central London as quickly (especially in such a remote part of the TFL network!) if it weren't for Southeastern Railway! The trains are dependable, and the staff is always kind. Since I'll soon be leaving the region, I just wanted to say thank you for your services!
