Thy recently blocked my ap and card payments. I tried to ring the telephone number but I waited 2 hours for someone to answer. I have no problem having paid in over £200,000 I wanted to pay it out but they blocked the account. Now I am back waiting for someone to answer the phone and I am already at 35 minutes. Ridiculous customer service I will be moving my account.

Poor communication and investigative practise. A load of jobsworths who read from an automaton script. They stopped my account/access to ATMS, online banking on some proviso of a security issue re an international bank transfer. When I stated it was legit and answered their security questions correctly, they informed me it could take up to 15 DAYS to "investigate it"/ sort it out! How on earth can they prove anything other than what I told them!!! Shocking, nasty and vindictive!

Definitely a step backwards. No email, at least no official email. Very long wait over phone. Serioiusly thinking about changing banks!
