Paypal Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts.

I tried to join you last week ! but I forgot to put a password in when I filled form in ,NOW ON THIS DATE 31 JAN 22 YOU SEND A CODE 5 DIGETS WHEN YOU ASK FOR 6 .PLEASE HELP i AM 85 THIS YEAR .

I have been blocked from accessing my account despite Paypal being happy to take money from my credit card.

An unauthorised payment was charged to my paypal account. I tried to contact paypal to raise a dispute procedure. But could not access my paypal account because they have the wrong phone number for confirmation I tried many times to gain access to my account but could not get past the confirmation just continually going around the "help" system. I tried telephoning the UK help number with little success. So the only way to ensure the account was not paid was to cancel the direct debit for paypal with my bank. Paypal now want to take legal proceedings and I am still unable to contact them because I cannot get past the account confirmation page.
I think the paypal system is too automated and I find it impossible to speak to a person, all I get is the exasperating circular help system. I do not know what to do now !!!

I'm afraid they don't deserve one star first they don't recognise my password although I got into my account once now that I've changed it they don't recognise that, I was at it for over an hour, the last time I was at it for three hours.

I have a single star because I had to give a star rating. This company desers zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Unable to get hold of anyone at Paypal who can help me log into my account. The website changed and I have been unable to log in due to incorrect phone number (no longer used) on my account, to where they want to send a message or phone call. Chatted with staff but they seem to have limited powers. Written letters but no reply. I have Paypal credit which is probably incurring charges and interest. I have written to the ombudsman but they take months/years to do anything.

I am trying to log into my account however every time i try it asks for a 4 digit code that it does display but the phone number is different to my number and i can't log in to change it to verify the account. Could someone either cancel my account and let me know so i can re-apply or tell me a way of changing my phone number to verify my account. Very frustrating as every way i try just keeps coming up with the same problem.

I am complaining about paypal they let some one rip me off for 50.00 by a scammer some one that wasn't who they said they were. I am disabled and I don't think any one should be allowed to take advantage which is what paypal are doing

I am really desperate to resolve an issue with my account. And paypal suddenly turned to be an gigantic BOT

Back in August 2020 I sold an item of the value of £250 and the item was sent and received by the buyer however PayPal has automatically blocked and and limited my account forever and I could not withdrawn my money for 180 days.



I has been 6 months since I am in a desperate need of cash and I need help to know what do I need to do to resolve whatever issue my former account has in order to release the amount help in account.



I have been all these months fighting trying to resolve but with no luck, no useful phone number and an useless automated service that keeps sending you nowhere with automatic responses that has no effect to resolve my issue.



Please I would like to resolve this issue urgently.

I would give this company minus 10 stars. Don't get scammed as I did. They send you a dog from a vending machine. There is no moving parts. Save your funds and major headaches dealing with these people. They RIP YOU OFF! Protect yourself.

i know my password and you have my correct number and i have just been logged in 10 minutes ago. so why now cant i log in? why cant you verify its me now but you could do 10 mins ago. Oh and the customer servise is a piece of 💩 , complete waste of time
