I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about an employee seen at The Clarks Shoes Store, Indoor Shopping Mall, Watford High Road, Hertfordshire, between 23-29 October 2022, between 2.00-3.00pm, this person is a female, african origin, medium quite slim built, medium/shoulder length hair, wore a store uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 20-30 years, shop assistant, seen assisting the till area and talking to a group of persons of african origin, at the ladies shoes section. This person created a rude remark towards a customer instore. No aggravations were caused. Please could you check into this person and associates immediately. customer

on 13/08/2022 my wife and my daughter bought two pairs of back to school shoes from your shop in Rushmere, Craigavon. the shoes had to be ordered in for home delivery. They were the ones with the promotion for the pokemon cards and this would have played a part in the boys choice of shoes to pick. One pair arrived within a few days complete with the cards. The second pair didnt arrive and after a few days my daughter contacted you about it to be told the shoes were lost but another pair would be dispatched. When the second pair arrived there was no sign of the pokemon cards which left the child concerned very disappointed. We contacted the shop but they had none but said they might have some in in September. I called again in September to be told they still had none and didnt know if they were getting any. I then phoned you customer care line who would not deal with me as it was my daughters name on the order even though it was paid for on my wifes card. I tried sending you emails but your system was not receiving them. Please look into the matter for me if you will. I have enclosed order details below
