Unfortunately, activity training has ended. A nationwide UK classroom training corporation that was taken down by COVID during a period when hotels, restaurants, and bars were receiving all the attention and support and a sector that actually contributed to the economy was receiving none. Hey ho, that's just the way it is. The corporation we all knew is no longer there, but the assets of Activia have been bought. RIP.

Dr. Katerina was a great trainer. She did a great job explaining everything and providing us with a number of examples to help us fully grasp the various call scenarios and appropriate responses. The training was in-depth and quite educational. It was really helpful, and I really appreciated it.
