Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaways

The issue that I have experienced was: Went to Mcdonald on 7/05/2022 had to go back in due to staff forgot one of children burgers. While I went in staff was standing around talking not taking any notice of customers manager was on her phone. By the time I got the burger all the meals was cold

It occurred on: 2022-05-07

This meant that The food was cold

Don't know but not happy about the service

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

McDonald's in dereham, one person had chicken chili wrap was cold and chips were cold too. That was the worse meal we had in McDonald's.

they fogot to give me my burger and fries id paid for when i complained i was told to piss off by the manage lucy. i told her she had a potty mouth

i was with my grand children , the person at the counter was chatting and forgot to give me my burger and chips she put them in a bag and almost through them at me i asked to see a manager lucy said there;s nothing i can do so piss off. i asked to see another manager she said theres no one else here. so i left and will never go back. filthy potty mouth who is in the wrong job. yes there is nothing like mcdonalds where staff can use foul language in front of children and the elderly. disgusting

Breakfast should be served way past 11am. The queue is horrendous because no one wants to leave their house on a SUNDAY at 6am. People want to have a lie in.



Hopefully you can change this. I am on a massive comedown and have no other choice than to hang myself.

They missed my burger not only once , every time I order via Uber eat

They missed our food every time we ordered online one of us should stay hungry !

Today even worse, I have found piece of bone in my 1 year old nuggets I have a picture and I will use social media as a platform to let everyone know how rubbish is your food and customer service. By the way I called shop the only thing they offered me was free sandwich although I wanted to deliver to me they said they can’t pay for my Uber eat delivery which is £3.50 which I have to pay my delivery as well !! As I mentioned it was their first time

3x cold burgers manager could not put it right, why franchise useless

On wednesday 14th October.we visited Mc Donalds ordered our meals, quarter pounder, fries and diet coke. A!so fillet of

fish, fries and hot chocolate. We sat in to eat, waited a while, expected that though. When they came the fries were only just warm so took them back, then found the burgers were completely cold, had to return both of them. There was no receipt at the till it wasnt working, They never give you a serviett in the bag with them . Completely spoiled our visit. Didnt even want to give a rating at all, but had to so i could send a comp!aint

This is the first time I have visited a McDonalds since lockdown, my husband and I were looking forward to having a coffee and breakfast roll, we entered, ordered our meal and waited, we received our meal and went to sit at a table when the manager came over and told us we were not allowed to sit down until we took a number, which was at the front of the store, there were no numbers available, I asked the manager how were we to know the procedure if there were no sign and no staff at the door to tell us, she said she was sorry but she was short on staff. So I had the meal and no table to eat it so I asked for my money back, she (Beth) refused at first but then relented and gave me a refund. You have to be a mind reader to know the new system, will not be visiting again, very bad experience, and went away hungry

Disgusted with this branch. Ordered food which was prepared while Imi waited 30 minutes to pay as till had stopped working consequently food was cold and disgusting, they didn’t offer to change it or offer any apology
