Drink

Been here with 7 of my friends spening money and on food an drinks. Ordered a blood orange gin that i wernt happy with so took it back as the lemonade tasted more like soda water just to have a total attitude of the bar lady telling me that she has been out the back to check and its nothing wrong with it an couldnt do anything more and walked away. So then charged us for an extra shot to make the drink taste better and told us it was only a single that is probably the reason it tastes funny! Absolutely terrible customer services for a customers that spends alot of money in this pub.

I'm now in Weatherspoons. This is a hovel. The manager is unprofessional and she is very very very aggressive and intimidating. Kissing her teeth, waving her fingers in my friends and my face whilst demanding we switch seats with another table. We were comfortable where we were but she said we wouldn't be served anymore because we refused to move. Just rough rough rough. Feel she's going to attack us!

Staff left 2 drinks at our table by mistake. They remained untouched by us. A manager appeared and said don't claim drinks that you know are not yours. We explained that nobody asked us if we ordered them and pointed out that we had not touched the drinks left by mistake. He continued and basically called us thieves. I will be taking legal action.

I didn’t want to even give 1 star! I go with my friend regularly it’s our go to place but not anymore. The fish was burnt and dry and the apple crumble was served upside down it was half cooked and the crumble was non existence had a couple of lumps of flour! Telling the staff was a waste of time unfriendly. I know a lot of pressure is on short staff but food should be edible or don’t offer it!
