Food was really awful 2 x burgers and chips

Why is there no sweeteners in your branches.My husband is diabetic so is unable to have sugar on his tea.l asked for some and was told you do not have it only sugar.Sad for the many people who are diabetic.McDonalds have it so why do you not have any please. ??????

They charged me more than it should be and my burger wasnt even a whole burger im fuming

Never had such a bland meal ever greasy chicken and the chips worst IV ever had they need to change never again.

Sorry but this place is worse than pathetic, called in to so called drive through only to find it closed at 7.15pm, supposed to be open until 9pm, this is not the first time had issues with this place, always filthy with litter, 30/01/2022 Penrith, really need to get there act together, doesnt really warrant 1 star, hopeless.

I'm a little disappointed with this store, they obviously use old dirty oil in their processes. From all the KFC I've had in my life and in Edinburgh alike this is probably the worst tasting and poor quality using branch. So I've convinced myself at some stage maybe it's just a once off that sometimes this happens, but then I actually did a third time but compared it this time to another KFC store in Edinburgh. It was evident, the restaurant I bought my chicken from at the other stores was bought first but this hermiston gait branch's chicken should have been fresher looking as I bought it last. The chicken was darker in appearance and fries looking tired cause I was trying to determine sanity and that I'm not just imagining it. I'll never buy their again because this is what happens when it's franchised to private ownership, they obviously cut corners, jeopardising quality and taste. Under staffing folk to cut corners and in return there's not efficiency is less of an urgency because they're of the opinion it would blow over because not enough people complain about it and if they do it'll not stand, normal arrogance of owners franchise, that's their attitude. I don't want to complain about petty things, but concerned at things that should've been done with pride especiallyfood, no? Not saying that some folk don't take pride at this store but dammit one's money is down the drain when you discover at home, the food you bought from KFC is looking unappetising, innit? Anyway I feel robbed when this happens, and I'll definitely rather stay clear from this store. Sorry to smear this branch but, let the truth be told, I find it of very poor quality. Not all their items is of lesser quality though but the fried products are poorly done. I hope one of KFC head office reads this report and investigate, so I'll probably wait a very long time to get a response, if ever. 🤷🏻‍♂️

We have always liked the food and service we have received previously.
Today 10/31/21 at 12:59 pm, I ordered 2 $5:00 fillups. My ticket # 1745. One was the pot pie and mine was the chicken breast fill up. I thought you could get 2 sides and I told the lady I wanted the small cold slaw. She gave me gravey, which I didn't order and she charged me extra for the cold slaw. When I asked for the correction she told me that needed to bring back the item i didn't order. Again, this is the Noblesville, IN store #G135803. I live in Westfield, IN and when we want KFC we go to this KFC store because of the great quality food and service. I think that it is not right for me to have to drive back from Westfield just to return an small container of gravy of which I didn't order. I ordered two $5 Fill Ups and was charged $14:79. This is not the way to treat a customer that drives an extra distant because of their previously fine chicken and previous fine service.

Ordered orignal recepie the chicken was so over cooked ordered 8piece meal got 1breast 4 wings 3legs so over cooked couldnt even eat it tried calling store no answer got a case number from kfc replied all info needed for my ticket been almost o month no reply no No answer from corporate never eat there again

I have order from kfc on the just eat Deliveroo apps and every time there is something missing the delivery company say they can’t do any thing that it lies with kfc but there never answer the phone for us to complain this has happened the last 4 times chips or chicken always missing don’t order kfc off theses apps as you will never get what you ordered joke really
