ordered pizzas this morning after leaving the hospital in cardiff, thought we would pick them up on our way home so ordered online via the phone. the cost was £24 for 2 pizzas which we both thought was expensive we both had medium without looking at the size i mean after all a medium is a medium, i had margherita and my husband had margherita with ham and onion. my husband brought them to the car and we both laughed these pizzas were tiny and they just cost us £24 i felt violated!!!!!! Tasted nice i must say but oh my word what a total rip off i have been in to pizza hut plenty of times and enjoy their pizzas but this is a classic LETS RIP OFF THE ONLINE ORDERER! needless to say i wont be ordering again! i have kept the reciept i even took a photo of the pizza it was a joke!

No stars for this location in the Bashas Parking lot. Several employees walking around doing ??? No one at the front of the place. Had to announce my presence 4 times, loud and clear before someone acknowledged me. Very chintzy with their toppings. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA JOINT AGAIN! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

they regularly hang up on you, put you on hold without a greeting and refuse service to anyone asking delivery

We ordered 3 large pizza with a voucher yesterday, it said £6.99 each when you buy 2 or more large pizzas. We used this kind of voucher in the last 3 years with no confusion. But this time, the manager charged my son £26.97. He said only the third pizza is £6.99. When I call him back today, he asked me to read the voucher carefully and hung up the phone before our conversation was finished. I tried to call him back, but he hang up again and again so I have not a chance to speak with him. It is very unpleasant experience and never happened before. The delivery ended up being 25 minutes late. I don't know why I didn't call the store earlier today as soon as I opened the box, but I was hungry. Disgusting, nasty, not hot, under cooked slop is what their little kid delivered to me. I guess it was 2-3 day old leftovers that they must keep until they sell it. Then it drove around in their kids delivery vehicle for an extra 25 minutes. Just now I was going to eat some and tried reheating, just threw it away. Pizza Hut serves their slop! I took a long break from Pizza Hut because that's all I got from them, slop. Within the last 6 months I've started ordering from them again and everytime I've opened the box, always holding my breathe, the food has been nice and hot, cooked perfect IMO. Today not so much, back to serving their slop. I wasted $35 on their nasty shit today. So here I am starving and it's midnight, nothings open, but no way am I eating this nasty shit that was delivered to me a few hours ago. Crooks!
