The coffee packaging is opened, the packaging has been cut and the product hardens

I bought coffeemix in Batam (code LJBT522022, ED17052024) while on duty, and when I opened the package, I found 3 packs of the product in bad condition, 1 pack of conditions that had been cut off at the top left corner, 2 other packs where the packaging was sticky and the product had hardened . Please pay attention to this, because I feel like buying a used product, even though the outer packaging is still in good condition, there are no leaks at all.

I bought a jar of coffee and I cannot say that it has awoken my coffee demon. The coffee has a very simple taste to it and it does not have the effect that nescafe espresso has or jacobs has. This is just the opinion of myself, wife and inlaws.
