In my estimation, Fedex UK are just about the most useless and incompetent organisation I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Where do I start? A simple pack shipped from Dallas Texas at a crazy cost of over 100 dollars to be delivered within 48 hrs to the Uk, has proven to be the most arduous exercise for this behemoth. First the tracking dates on the website were always incorrect, then delivery times were completely false, then, when we did not receive delivery after 10 days, i started calling the company. I have made over 7 calls to the company spoken to numerous agents, but no one seems to f=record or effectively pass on the message or input them successfully on the system. I have to endure average waiting times of over 30 mins, before an agent comes online and then they are mostly incompetent and cannot solve the problem. I escalated the matter, through and agent, was given a customer complaint number (C-25771350), promising a call back with 24hrs. This is over 96 hrs and not a single phone call. Repeatedly, some of the agents kept me waiting claiming they were referring me to a superior manager, but ended up cutting the line after 30 or as it was today 40 minutes. Appalling, shameful and distasteful. You do not have a customer service centre in the UK. If I did not know Fedex in the US, I would have felt this was a scam. I intend to pursue a legal redress on this matter and claim for damages on a number of fronts, not just here in the UK, but in the US. I will put this on all social media and blod sites as well as lodge formal complaints to all regulatory organisations and trade organisations and association. All consumer protection agencies will also be informed. I know you have recordings of my conversations with your office. I have kept copious notes on my conversations with Teniyat, Blaise, Amina, Hitesh, just to name a few. I need my package and I will be visiting your warehouse in Harlseden, tomorrow to pick up my package, but I will not relent until I get justice for this rather shoddy treatment I have had to endure with your organisation.

The driver of this van pulled into our road, sorted through his parcels, and then ran across a grassed area in a residential area and proceeded to urinate up a residents fence!! This was in broad daylight at around 12.30pm today , 28th October. I didn’t see him personally a deaf neighbour saw him. The same driver has just returned to our area to deliver a package, and my deaf neighbour text me to say the same guy is back. He has taken a photo of the van Reg plate, it is GC18 XYU the phone number on back of van is
03456 07 08 09. The time photo was taken to confirm it was the same driver on his 2nd via sit to our area was around 4.32 pm today , 28th October. I would like a response from you regarding this drivers inappropriate and disgusting action of urinating in a public place , which is against the law here in the U.K.
