I was in yesterday and even left the gate open for the courier, only propped up against the wind with a pack of water bottles; yet he did not deliver, or make any contact. The company does not announce a delivery, not even to a day, let alone an hour as other companies do. Evri is the most diabolical non-deliverer and bungler of deliveries imaginable. Why are they used by suppliers? They are a nightmare.

Try to track down my internet order, only to find out from Hermes/Evri that the delivery was on its way back to the sender because they claim delivery was attempted over 4 consecutive days times. But I was at home all day on those 4 days that they claim to have attempted the delivery. I had no delivery and no missed delivery note either. Try to make contact with Hermes/Evri and only have digital assistance which offered no help at all. No e-mail or contact no on Hermes/Evri, had to use other sources to obtain a no. Avoid using this company at all costs. Spean a few pounds more and get much better services from other couriers. As they say, you get what you paid

Dropping off parcels

Ive just received a package that has been left on the pavement outside the wrong door.
No information was sent to me about what time or date of delivery was to be.
Quite honestly this is outrageous that a very expensive parcel was left out for anyone who was passing by to pick it up.
Fortunately for myself a very good friend has seen it and passed it on to myself.
I do not rate this service as it is unacceptable

If i could give 0 rating i would. My first experience i paid for next day delivery, Hermes rocked up 6 days later. This time they have had my parcel for 7 days, a parcel of birthday presents for my son whos birthday is in 2 days and they still havent given me a delivery date! Disgusting!

Expected delivery on Friday. Got an update said unable to deliver and will try next day. Waited whole day at home for delivery. Got an update with a picture of the parcel in the VAN! saying that they were unable to deliver the parcel and no one was home. We also did not receive the missed delivery card through the letter box. WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES! If I can review with NO STARS, that's what I will do. Why do companies continue to use them as their courier?

This company have made it near immposible to contact them regarding problems the autobot is a waste of time , and in my view is just a smoke screen.

Truly dreadful.
Return parcen returned to me.
Second attempt to return...parcel at "our hub" for 28hrs without movement
Useless machine with inadequate speech recognition proports to be a complaints service.
I'm attempting to return an Amazon purchase and will NEVER voluntarily use Hermes for anything again.

Not receiving my parcel

They sent me email telliny me that my parcel have been sign and delivered successfully on the 22 December 21 which I didn't receive it
Once they said check on your neighbour bloody hell which neighbour? Who was signed it? Where is the photo?
I have been trying so many times telling them that I haven't received my
Parcel and When I asked them to send me a photo and signature the proof delivery they never answered me back
Until now I still not receive my parcel
And every time I tried tracking the number its alway says incorrect
They are so unprofessional this is so rubbish company
Don't trust them and never will use them

I arranged delivery by Hermes of a parcel on December 16 and it’s now December 30 and it hasn’t arrived . I’m unable to speak to a “ live” person as the automatic Customer Service is shocking . What do I do next ?
