Please can someone intervene and assist with the issues we have been experiencing with Hermes delivery personnel at your Rainham Essex Depot RM13 8RH. Since Hermes occupied the location in recent months, we have experienced continuous issues with parking, access to our own building, access into and from the estate, and ours and neighbouring properties being completely blocked.
This is causing us daily operational issues, as we regularly cannot enter or leave our premises in the execution of our business, without first spending in excess of 30 minutes, locating the owners of vehicles to have them moved. We are unable to get LGV delivery vehicles into the estate between 08.00 and 13.00 hrs most days, which coupled with the above mentioned problems, is having a negative impact on our ability to operate.
We have attempted to resolve this with the local Hermes Manager, Les 07825 357363 to no avail. We have requested that he staggers the delivery personnel for the good of the other tenants, which he fails to do. Claiming that the staff just ignore him?!!!
This situation is in danger of escalation to the point of violence, there have already been several angry scenes, where Hermes personnel refuse to move vehicles, and it has become very heated. One occasion necessitated the attendance of the Police, who calmed things for a few days, before we were back to the same issues. There are also severe safety implications, should any of the buildings suffer a fire, the emergency services would be unable to access the estate due to Hermes parked vehicles.
We have operated from these premises for 18 years without incident, including several years where Asprey 24hr parcel delivery were tenants in the same unit that Hermes now occupy, and never had cause for complaint. Should you not be able to assist, or resolve the issues, I will be making complaints to the landlord and the local authorities.

My parcel should have been delivered 8 days ago. Your tracking website has been saying the same thing for the last week ...... your parcel has been delayed we will get it moving in the next 24 hours ... I have tried phoning without success, there is no email address and the help site is automated. Disgraceful service!!
