Terrible Company- LIED about a non delivery- NO ACCESS to Property? No card- No attempt to deliver. Lost Parcel. Delivered Parcel- BOX CRUSHED. Item SMASHED. Endless emails to company and their Head Office to NO AVAIL. NO refund or Apology. I lost out! AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT TRANSPARENT COMPANY

I just received my parcel from Hermes. I saw a car and went outside.I said are you Hermes. She said yes I have a parcel for you. I uttered just leave it outside the door. She said got to takes photo of you receiving the parcel with the door open. She came to the door was not wearing a mask.She could have stood a way from the door but she would not. Literally had to close the door to keep her away. I will be reporting this incidence to the police and I suggest more people who receive such selfish behaviour to do the same.

I sent 3 parcels 2 of which were damaged and one had a card in that had been opened! Absolute disgrace !!!!!!!!

What's the point in sending a message via your tracking app, del will be between when message comes hours after delivery

Hermes have no functioning system to contact them about the loss of a parcel. Their web chat is a circular computer operated system which askes questions , non of which are about the basic for a delivery company of non delivery and compensation. Their telephone system is also computer operated and has the same loop where you get to the end to be told they can't help ......Pathetic !!

Jus received someone else parcel. I have been trying and have been unsuccessful in contacting Hermes to informed them that they've delivered it to the wrong address. Diabolical customer care service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Just been information that I have to give you a star rating, or I cannot send this message. You should be getting any rating if item is delivered to wrong address.

* * Completely LIED about trying to deliver my parcel * *

Hermes emailed to say they had called and were unable to deliver or leave the parcel. Receptionist, a large sign telling the driver where to deliver and CCTV all prove the driver DID NOT attempt to deliver. Blatant lie!



Come on Hermes wake up, I hear many people refusing to order from companies who use your delivery service.

There are so many great couriers out there. I will be choosing NOT TO USE HERMES in the future.

My parcel got lost with no refund at all and I still being charged a delivery fee!

I bought the next-day delivery service from Hermes and put my item into the locker on time. after one month my parcel still didn't get delivered! I call them sais they lost my parcel and will refund my everything in 28 days. However, after 28 days when I call to ask why haven't got a refund, they told me that my item was a prohibited item so they wont to refund me the value of my item and the delivery fee. I lost a total of 55 pounds for nothing! frankly, if the parcel is prohibited they should tell me the first second they collected.

in the end, I got no item back and no refund and they just keep saying very sorry to me via email.

Appalling service couriers continually lie about unable to deliver parcels due to nobody being at home.Unable to speak to customer service I can go on and on but it’s not worth it
