I was given a 1 hour time slot which I was home for. I then get a text to say “sorry we missed you” They never once rang the bell to try and deliver my parcel! They even took a photo of the outside of my building but never attempted to come inside!

The driver posted a "missed you" card but didn't even knock, my front door is about 6 yards from my sofa, by the time i put my shoes on and got to my gate & called after him he just got in & drove off (he was 20 yards away). My neighbour has cctv & said he didn't see him knocking on the cameras. Absolutely disgraceful & has cost me money as i paid for a specific delivery time & date. Not the first time either but do not know if it was the same driver (Theo this time).

Driver just tried to refuse to deliver medical supplies because he was asked to cover his mouth or wear a mask due to our household being clinically extremely vulnerable to covid.

Beyond angry!

found a card behind my door with instruction ring 077............... ASAP, no name, no reason given. When I phone I was told an expensive parcel for someone else had been mistakenly delivered to my house a few days earlier. Photos to 'prove' this showed my old front door that had been changed over i year earlier. Disgusting Behaviour!!!

I've just been driving home on the 20/10/21 at 20.15 on East bank road Sheffield when one of your vans was being driven like a complete idiot I managed to get a reg but unsure if it's correct. First he was racing a Volvo s40 heading to east bank. He was doing well over the speed limit, he then went through a red light at the start of East bank road before undertaking a car. Has we got near the medical center he overtook a car into on coming traffic on a pelican crossing before cutting back in front of the car and speeding down northern avenue. Please have words before the idiot kills someone.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not my choice but Amazon were using the services of DPD. Continually change of day of delivery anzon and d when I finally got a delivery day with a one hour time slot, I had already cancelled my parcel via Amazon and been refunded. So first driver arrived on time and took parcel back to be returned to Amazon. Then 2 days later I get another one hour time slot when I was at a meeting which I had to cancel and return home to be here to return parcel with driver again. However, 3 hours later driver has still not arrived so I tried to phone DPD and phone kept cutting off. I have sent email to them now but not expecting any quick response ....awful company.

My daughter sent a lovely bunch of flowers to us to celebrate our 51st Wedding anniversary we live in a small block of 12 flats on the first floor. The driver left the flowers in the vestibule on the ground floor, he did not press our Intercom let alone try to get into the flats, my wife was home all day, the first she knew was when she got a message saying the flowers had been delivered. The flowers were in the vestibule along with a DPD card which says-WE HAVE LEFT YOUR PARCEL IN A SECURE PLACE! Underneath it states-We really wanted to deliver your parcel to you in person, but as you weren't in, the sender has allowed us to leave it in a safe place, all completely untrue. It seems to me that delivery drivers don't want to do their job properly these day's, we have also had the same problem with Hermes. Trying to complain to the respective companies is also a joke, you either get a recorded message or an online alternative, you just don't get the chance to actually spend an actual Human being. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
