A really poor service, I was given 1 hour time slots and the driver failed to deliver items despite me being home. On the 3rd occasion I even waited outside for the delivery for them to say sorry they missed me. They say the driver tried to call how ever I had my phone with me and no call. Royal mail and Hermes have had no issues delivering. It looks like I will be avoiding buying goods who use DPD in the future.

Stayed in for planned delivery. 2 cars in drive!! Received photo of front door but was sat behind it and no-one knocked just received a "you weren't in text!!" Terrible service.

Driver went to wrong address (Caravan park closed ) No way of contacting person to explain where driver needs to go. Complaints number is automated system. Infuriating!

I would trust these people to deliver anything - we had a delivery of a package today which had been damaged - the back of box locked as if it had been forced. When I tried to complain to the depo - it was like shifting sand - not us - not this depo - nothing to do with us guv - NEVER USE DPD SERVICES

Was told my my parcel would arrive next day after my order. Took a day of work and waited all day never came. No one contacted me to tell me it was not coming. I had to contact them the following day and was told it it would not be here until the following wednesday when it should have been here on Monday. Now i have to take another day off work.
