hello my order was supposed to be delivered on the 24 th march 21 according to your driver it was unsuccessfull why i dont know i was in all day never heard door knock or didnt post a card through saying he had been i am not very happy about this i have spent 6 hour s on lap top trying sort this mess out get in touch if you need to contact 07563983072 normally you get 3 attempts at delivery

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer parking at San Diego facility was horrible. The customer service shipping office very small and cramped. My closet at home is larger. Clerks were friendly and took my complaints well. Your shipping rates are totally out of line!!! I could have purchased an airline ticket and hand carried my parcel from San Diego to Buenos Aires. $280 for a 2 lb, 10x10x10 parcel is highway robbery. NOT IMPRESSED WITH DHL AT ALL!

DHL is in need of some government regulation. I will do everything possible to avoid using DHL in the future. By the way, only used them once before and they managed to damage my shipment.

I have paid £31.99 for express delivery to Germany - yet my parcel never arrived. I still get messages from DHL saying the parcel is in custom clearance. I'm very disappointed after paying 185 euros for the item I wanted to deliver. Please be aware of this when using DHL, a very poor service. Never use this service. It's a complete waste of time!

My consignment picked up 12th Jan 2021 ... 2 x boxes.

I put invoices on both boxes, pertaining to contents in each box, as requested by dhl.



15th Jan: I am informed to fill in specific on line invoice. (WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED BEFORE PICK UP??)

I do so, putting details of all goods etc.

Having done what was requested

I send it via email hoping now my goods will be shipped.



4th feb: almost 3 WEEKS later communication from dhl: they need me to fill in another invoice because it's just been discovered there are 2 boxes in consignment!

(DHL initially picked up 2 x boxes,2x barcodes, recorded 2x boxes, I paid an amount for 2 boxes, but NOW they realise they need 2 x invoice)!!

Each box needs separate invoice, OK.....



I request which consignment number should I now send invoice for. They reply 51056671032689.



Now this sounds weird for me because I am being asked to send invoice for above specific consignment (ending 2689).



But the first online invoice I sent (for total consignment 2x boxes) would now be invalid.... different weights, goods quantity etc.

But seems they haven't realised this.

I say this because they are specifically asking me to do invoice for x1 box of consignment.

So if I follow as per their instructions, they will have one correct online invoice (51056671032689) & one incorrect. (51056671032690)

And maybe 3 weeks down the line I will get another communication telling me to go online and fill another invoice for consignment 51056671032690.

Anyway the upshot of all of this debacle is that my shipment that cost £120 has still to date not been shipped to consignee. And I have had to deal with all the stresses/ confusion because of bad customer service.

A booked pick up

I booked and paid for a pick up yo be done from near Bath to come here near Aberdeen. I paid £100. It was to be a 24 hour express job. So 24 hours later no pick up has been done. Why ? Well I am told the man went to the yard, no one in, so left. This at 11:52. I was talking to the man at Bath who was in his yard then. So re booked for later or even today, wrong. No re book by DHL. I had to call and ask why no pick up. Told they tried, seems that's that. They have the money but no service. So told re booked for today up to 5pm. So much for a 24 hr service. Very poor standard, well no standard, of service. No more calling DHL.

today I made a reservation with dhl to send a package, in my email of my confirmed order I printed the sheets with the codes, I went to WhSmith where they carry out the dhl service and they did not find my code ... I entered a pointservice near home but in the email it was written that I could go to any point of sale that offers this service, not having solved the problem I go to the pointservice I chose and they did not understand anything because they spoke Polish bad service,incompetent people, I paid for my package to be sent but I could not send it

They do not even warrant a Star - Paid for same day delivery £9.99, for it to be day 3 now, and still no actual update to when my parcel is going to arrive. What is worse, you cannot contact them, because they have an automated phoneline now. I want a refund, for a service which I can only describe as appalling. All we ask for is to be communicated too - is that really so hard?? Well here hopes my parcel arrives on day 3, and of course I need to wait about all day, as I have received no notification abnout time slot or anything - Your company is a fraud!!

Just received a long awaited package (several months) eventually delivered today by DHL. Parcel was damaged, the box was split completely down one corner, it had been crushed down, there were two puncture holes in the top and the contents were covered in dust. The delivery driver when questioned simply replied "Nothing to do with me, that's what it was like when I picked it up from the depot"

Will never use DHL if I have to send anything and looking at the reviews and complaints from other people, I am surprised they still have any customers in this country!

To call to request the whereabouts of the courier costs me 7p per minute and the same to complain.

To whom this may concern it more than disheartening having to pay a large sum of money to receive a 3kg used item and now expected to pay again in Uk after all the unscrupulous stress from your replicable company. I’m more than willing to have the goods returned if this is the case rather than paying extraordinary cost for the items.

They are all personal goods neither is it for sale.
