How to make a Complaint to DHL

A booked pick up

I booked and paid for a pick up yo be done from near Bath to come here near Aberdeen. I paid £100. It was to be a 24 hour express job. So 24 hours later no pick up has been done. Why ? Well I am told the man went to the yard, no one in, so left. This at 11:52. I was talking to the man at Bath who was in his yard then. So re booked for later or even today, wrong. No re book by DHL. I had to call and ask why no pick up. Told they tried, seems that's that. They have the money but no service. So told re booked for today up to 5pm. So much for a 24 hr service. Very poor standard, well no standard, of service. No more calling DHL.

today I made a reservation with dhl to send a package, in my email of my confirmed order I printed the sheets with the codes, I went to WhSmith where they carry out the dhl service and they did not find my code ... I entered a pointservice near home but in the email it was written that I could go to any point of sale that offers this service, not having solved the problem I go to the pointservice I chose and they did not understand anything because they spoke Polish bad service,incompetent people, I paid for my package to be sent but I could not send it

They do not even warrant a Star - Paid for same day delivery £9.99, for it to be day 3 now, and still no actual update to when my parcel is going to arrive. What is worse, you cannot contact them, because they have an automated phoneline now. I want a refund, for a service which I can only describe as appalling. All we ask for is to be communicated too - is that really so hard?? Well here hopes my parcel arrives on day 3, and of course I need to wait about all day, as I have received no notification abnout time slot or anything - Your company is a fraud!!
