Here is a copy of the letter I sent re inexcusable behaviour.

n the 4th September the dustmen came to empty our bins as per usual.

The operative took my waste bin, emptied it and pushed it back onto the

pavement, not onto my driveway. I called to him saying "Excuse me can

I have a word with you" and he looked right through me and ignored me.

I called a further 3 times and he kept ignoring me.

I am a disabled pensioner on a mobility scooter who has "Assisted collection" and was

disgusted at his blatant rudeness. He was a about 50 years old with

very short greyish hair and quite tall. Eventually another operative

came and put it back for me.

Please sort this out for me as there is no need for such rudeness. I had

a decorator with me who saw and heard it and is willing to give his

side of events.
