I have tried three times to order online, and it will not let me. So I tried to phone twice was left hanging on for ages nobody answered(you can't catch covid over the phone). I am avoiding going into town because I have circulation problem with my hands and it's freezing cold out, and I do not wish to queue to go in store. I'm very angry and disgusted. I shall shop at superdrug when things return to normal, Boots DO NOT deserve my custom, and their staff should answer the phone and take orders or loose their jobs.

I have never experienced such poor service form a trading company .They never answer the telephone. The good that were ordered on line have never appeared. Tried to ask the complain by e mail and telephone. Spent some 40

minutes on the phone to no avail. I have not received the goods or a refund and the tracking system does not work either. Appaling service I wouls rate it minus 5 start. telephone and received no response.

I am emailing on many people why do we have to wait 10 days for our meds to be ready when we order on line we have checked with our gps and know that our request as been sent to boots what right have they to hold it back for 10 days in these dark times we are all elderly and trying to isolate but find it very FRUSTRATEING when we have no idea when we can get our meds from a tight knit communtiy

Yet again so disappointed with service provided by boots pharmacy , after speaking to gp receptionist yesterday (12th October ) and being told my prescription was with the pharmacy ,queing for 45mins most of that outdoors i was told my prescription was with them but wouldnt be ready till today. Queue for 50 mins today and instead of 4 items they have only 1 for me explained that my meds had been ordered last week and should have been there was told i could get them if i waited another15 mins which i had to do as was out off 1 of my meds. In May this year i went to collect my medication only to be told i wasnt due it till June, back in june to collect meds only to be told nothing there for me after a lot of back and forward phone calls between myself boots pharmacy and doctor receptionist result was i spent 6 weeks off work with depression .Shouldnt have happened cant play with peoples lives like that , after speaking to neighbours friends and others i am well aware that this is not a one off . I am well aware that Covid 19 has made everyones job more difficult but this is just unacceptable.

I made an order which I had previously, with no problems and was well packed. On this occasion I received my order ,Royal Mail also commented there was something rattling and broken and wet inside the box. I opened it and found that the box was sodden wet, with broken glass inside, where the ordered bottles had smashed, soaking all the other cardboard boxes inside, , and broken glass everywhere. Last time I ordered similar the bottles were beautifully packed in Bubble Wrap , safely No breakages. I contacted Customer Services and they were good listeners and will speak to warehouse and also refund me a percentage of the damaged goods. Thank you especially to Dominic Customer care who listened and acted., Bad on behalf of warehouse good on behalf of C.S Boots staff., who would get a 5 star instead of warehouse.

Online pharmacy a complete waste of time as after contacting them regarding my prescriptions and them telling me it is on the way, I have now gone 48 hours without my medication but still getting no help from them. They should be reported to whichever body controls them as they are playing Russian roulette with people's lives
