You can’t rate zero so had to give a 1⭐️ Putin in a Boots uniform. Total miss information on opening hours via on line info and I store. Carer for house bound. After stating backed up factual info on how long prescription had been on order was humiliated in front of the whole store!!! Rude incompetent staff - will not be using or recommend. From out of Sheffield but what has Sheffield become 🤯🤯🤬. Shane on you Boots spent an entire carer in customer service without a complaint against me - three against you whilst I was in store today!!!!!

New self service tills
City where company is located (optional): Macclesfield

New upgraded store installed self service tills , not efficient for the elderly with sight problems also difficulty with boots points card , please could there be at least a manned till , 2 staff overseeing self serve tills , shopping should be a lovely experience instead it’s becoming extremely stressful for elderly customers.

Disgraceful support. Ordered and paid for Covid 19 test, submitted as per instructions and never received the results. Trying to chase for reasons of health, travel requirements and finance was impossible - 45 minute wait on the phone, no response to e-mails and a colleague's visit to a shop failed to produce anything other than the phone number for complaints. Small Claims Court here we come. (I only gave them 1 star as I need to put something in the box!

Yesterday 26th i called m y local boots to ask if a prescription was ready for my partner i was told it will be ready after 4pm so i went to collect his meds only to be told they had not got them but will be ready on wednesday. I know my doctor sent this script before 5pm the day before on monday i am so sick off being told items are ready but when i get there we are missing or items are not there when needed. Its the same as delivery we have been asked to pay for it but we wont pay so i have to walk t o boots as i do not drive i think it is awful you asking peole to pay. Another thing is your staff they are so unwilling to help and talk down to people well you have now lost customers as soon as i pick up the meds today i am going else where and i can get meds delivered free your company is disgracful
