went to Ann summers yesterday in Newcastle the staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. i bought two of the vibrators from the shop one had already been opened but had been sealed up. i got home and went to try them the rabbit i had bought didn't work at all tried different batteries didn't work. the coloured vibrator which was blue worked once i went to check it after Turing it off with out having experience with the toy i put it away. when i did go to use it the whole vibrator was extremely hot to hold. After this incident it stopped working completely. The next day ( Wednesday the 28th of December) i headed into sunderland into the bridges with my sister who was with me when we bought the sex toys. The staff seemed friendly at first but when we explained that the toys didn't work before we could even test them on are bodies they looked at us like we were idiots and liars, they proceeded to complain about the boxes that had been opened even though one of the boxes had been ripped then taped shut . I explained this problem but still refused to help, the whole time they weren't even explaining to us that the toy might actually be fault not the batteries that we had used had been the problem. everything that came with both of the toys they refused to help even though the toys do not turn on at all even with different batteries' help at all the looks we received were really rude and disgusting the toys hadn't been used so i don't understand why they wouldn't help us. staff which was only two staff members who were not helpful at all
