After a very disappointing visit to the Crown Plaza in Marlow, It would be really good to follow up, with someone from Senior Management, that actually gives a dam.

Poorly trained and unfriendly spa and reception staff, difficulty getting hold of anyone to Actually book our visit and then wrong information given several times once the phone was eventually answered. Offered complimentary tea/coffee and robe, then asked for payment for them afterwards. Tried to rectify our issues with the so called “guest relations Executive” “Karen Hinchy” who was the worst of them all. Complete joke and all three of us left with a bitter taste in our mouths after speaking with her.

I would however like to compliment the restaurant staff, who looked after us during our afternoon tea in the conservatory, this was the only enjoyable part of our day. I’d be surprised if this hotel has many returning customers, as even the full members we spoke to whilst there, said they were really not happy.
