Although Britax devices aren't always the lowest available, the quality is evident and justifies the extra cost. Withstanding the test of time and toddlers, my two Britax Eclipse (Group 1) car seats are still in good condition. I assumed I would have to buy a new one when one of them broke a spring, but no—the customer service representative was so helpful that she took ten minutes over the phone to show me how to reattach it, and now it works like new. It's really uncommon to come across a business that encourages you to fix their items rather than purchasing new ones; I have nothing but praise for these customer services.

Even though the bucle clicked in, I was anxious that the harness on my Britax Eclipse would not hold because a small piece had gone off of it. They sought photos, which I gave. How old was my seat? They inquired as well. Since it was more than four years old, they promised to send me a replacement harness, which should have cost about £12. I contacted them after I agreed and didn't hear back from them. Since something went wrong, they shipped it out right away and didn't charge me! Fantastic service
