Deramores sent me an order for wool, but the transport misplaced it. I sent the help desk an email, and I was quite pleased with how quickly they responded. My replacement order was shipped out right away, and Tracy at the help desk and I had excellent, thorough communication. when my misplaced order materialised! I chose to save the wool since I really liked it. Once more, Tracy acted with extreme efficiency. overall excellent experience. I will most certainly be employing Deramores' services again and heartily recommend them.
