Cannot give this company a rating, I have been trying to sort this issue out since December 2023. I ordered an item when it arrived it was damaged, sent this back through my courier and waited for the credit to appear on my account but nothing, finally after almost 3 months and a lot of arguments with this company I received a credit note for the full amount in February BUT I am still arguing with them as they have not put it onto my account. I have sent 6 letters with a copy of the credit note but to no avail. I am pulling my hair out just don’t know what to do now or where to go, but am being hounded with phone calls from them.the last letter and credit note was sent last week address to David Twigg who is the Financial Services Managing Director but up to now I am being ignored.

Sorry cant even give this company a rating but compulsory to add one star as they are appalling!
Ordered an item beginning of November which was told was on way, then told out of stock and when I asked for this to be taken off my account they told me to be patient as it is now miraculously on its way!!!!
Eventually after a few emails questioning this was told on the 6th December that it was lost and they would refund the entire amount.
22nd February and apart from keep being told this is complete and that I should be patient for it to show on my account in a lot email exchanges. I then randomly get another email telling me I should contact the financial services department as this is their issue
I have done this on a few occasions now to get the default payment taken off which I keep being billed for and told that it will affect my credit rating. That department has told me it is studios job to issue the refunds and not them as they are independent. The amount is not huge but I refuse to pay for something that they clearly couldn't provide. This company used to be a good company but now should be avoided and investigated looking at other experiences from customers.
Their email responses are mainly automated from what I can see. sometimes its as if they haven't even read your email. Am fuming to say the least

Bedroom set

Ordererd a bedroom set for my grandson... it was delivererd ok but they had sent 2 right sides to the chest of drawers and we cant build it until they send the correct part... had a nightmare trying to find a number i could ring because there isnt one, have managed to get through via email but although they keep promising to sort it, im getting no joy and nearlly 2 months later nothing but an email demanding i be patient.... 2 weeks later my patience has worn out so i email them again.... this time no reply... discusting company

I ordered a 3 tier bar from studio. It came but had no fittings and quality was bad. Item was £199. I have been trying to get in contact with studio to get this returned for 2 months. When I have managed to speak to someone they lie and say they have requested someone to pick item up. Do not order from this company they have no proper contact details

Lady came to deliver package didn’t knock on the door came into the back garden took photo of parcel then left when I told her she had to knock rather that drop package if she ignored me and got in the van if my grandchildren had been in the back garden they would have been scared coz no one except family are allowed in the back garden today this happened as well except she threw the package over the fence then left again I tried talking to her to no avail she came on the 14th and 15th July 2023 this is not acceptable behaviour

Absolute joke of a company sent an item back which studio received on the 3rd October and since then only had partial refund, emailed numerous times to be told same stuff it's being processed, it's a new system etc. I'm now getting letters for missed payments, I refuse to pay for something I haven't had, 1st time using studio and definitely last. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Returns/cancel of order

I ordered 2 childrens tracksuits personalised on the 30/10/21 on the 7/12 said had to cancel due to stock I would receive a refund. On the 8/12 I ordered alternative tracksuits due to the cancellation. All 4 tracksuits arrived 4 days later! Trying to explain I don’t need 4 tracksuits and I only ordered an alternative from their cancellation! They have numerous people asking was this a house? Sorry to hear your order was cancelled? When did I send the order back? I’ve sent copies of orders cancellation email etc and no one is in customer service can understand what my issue is. They even refer to the tracksuits as coats!!!!!! No customer service or anyone bright enough to deal with my complaint. Appalling service, we are just going around in circles. Do my grandchildren want 2 of each tracksuit? Erm NO

i ordered 24404126wr-a key board for m grandson in sale.you sent a statement which showed 2 items.i immediatly cancelled one on 13th october.in spite of that two items were delivered by hermes to that same address.i have phoned several times regarding the return of package and was assured that the parcel would be picked u and retuned to studio.(call at 2p.m.on 28th october.parcel was put outside as directed by lady i spoke to and it has gone from safe place where it was left for collection.i rang again on 23 november to see if you had received the parcel but lin was very indistinct and foreign lady was trying to answer.i have today received my account and you have charged me for the second item.i do not intend to pay this as it is your inefficiency that has caused this.would you please amend my account so that it shws i do not owe anything or i am afraid i will tak this matter further.
