One call have had my car for 9months now & still not been touched,well it was but sent back because they didn't put my car back together properly double sided stick tape to hold peace's of my car together. They sent my car back unsafe to drive,so it went back been there ever since 9 months no car been paying insurance. No communication from one call at all for 9 months I've had to do all the chasing about still nothing no help from management can't even get the manager Mark to come to the phone to speak he left me with a training manager who as no idear what is going on & stuttered all the way with kept repeating his self one call sort my car out mechanical work as well this time not just body work they car is in for mechanical work as well as body work. I've had more information out of your garage in Liverpool than from managers at customer service your staff need retraining in situations like these because they have no idear what they are talking about contradicted themselves so many times is untrue. I was very polite all the way through this phone call not once did mark come to the phone to help me he left a trainee to deal with something he had no idear about. Chris has been absolutely fantastic at Liverpool garage 100% happy with Chris. Mark won't even give him 10% disgusted with the way been treated by him

This company is a joke. Will not ring when promised. Dreadful customer service. I have wrote 2 complaints, both signed for by Debrecht and both ignored...Will not help or care
