taking care of me like a MOM would do for her amazing child. amazing genius staff (front and back office workers included), who truly understand people and possess such humanity (it's sad to see people occupying positions these days but not fulfilling them). Sincerely, hats off to you two, whoever is in charge of this intelligent team. I am merely a newcomer and haven't even provided any services to this borough. People are bad people, and despite everything I have done and am still trying to do, someone has borrowed my location and abandoned me, so I won't be stretching it any further. If Reading Borough existed, I would have given it a hundred stars. Honestly amazing staff, many thanks 🙏

Regarding the disposal of sharps-containing boxes, I contacted RBC. The woman I spoke with took her time to walk me through the process and assisted with everything. If the phone call didn't take so long to complete, I would rate it five stars.
