I have eaten at this restaurant many times but it has been going downhill for a while.coinsiding with change of senior staff. Visited today for lunch,there was a really reduced menu and when finally found something available (cheese+pickle) the salad that came with it was putrid.Soggy /brown /limp lettuce,soft cucumber, was completely inedible.Not normally one to complain but on this occasion i felt it warranted it.Staff seemed to have lost their customer service,long faces,no smiles,long waits.Do not seem happy at all.Maybe if most of the menu was unavailable would have been better just serving hot drinks+cakes.

Very poor customer service! No sales assistant or catering assistant spoke, we ended up walking out of the restaurant as we were stood waiting while the girl was making some toast but couldn’t even acknowledge us! Rude!
We then brought a few items got to the till and the sales assistant didn’t greet us with a hello and never spoke throughout only to say my dobbies card has expired! Terrible service! Not going again hence no renewal!!

My daughter treated myself and Grandaughter which turned out to be so disorganised and the food cold my granddaughter is two and was weighing ages to get a plate of porridge absolutely not worth the money it has put us of going to Dobbies again and I can assure you I won’t one angry Granny
