I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about the following persons seen at The Next Clothing Store, Harrow, London, between 1-31 May 2023. 1, this person is a female, afro- caribbean origin, medium quite slim built, medium/shoulder length hair tied back, wore a store uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 18-25 years, retail assistant/other. 2, a customer/other was seen creating a rude remark against a customer seen instore. I, assume, person number one, created a remark against a customer. No aggravations were caused. Please could you check into these persons and for any negative actions from the customers instore, immediately.

trying to reach customer service is a joke and when you do you just get cut off 5 times i tried gave up in the end without my question being answered have never received such bad service in 20 years of being a next account holder

Don't deliver by date given at time of order hard to speak to someone and then no help when you finally do. Thought next was good company....wrong

Ordered furniture. From Next in Enfield. London. They promise you every thing but give you nothing. don,t. order furniture. From here it will be a big let down you cant. Speak to anyone. rubbish. Company be glad when its closed down

I was sent some flowers from my daughters for mother's day. They arrived Thursday after mother's day and and were already dying. I followed instructions regarding how to trim and keep them. By Monday they all but one iris died. I am sorry but this is not acceptable and they were sent through the post so how long were they in the sorting office. I would like your opinion on this matter ASAP. Fran Davies.

I received a delivery of flowers on friday, this was a gift from my brother and sister-in-law for my birthday which was yesterday. I noticed that the flowers had already started to wilt on friday evening . This morning they still have not revived and are very sad looking...

I have bought a two pack tropical palm double bed quilt cover set from the Festival Park. However, the print appears upside down. I cannot imagine that the buttons should be at the top but otherwise the palm print is upside down. Please advise

Was told by Joanne (Birstall branch) that I could use the refund card online the store was closing that day owing to Covid-19. Just tried to use it can only use in store. Was told by Joanne that she couldn’t order it in store . I would like my money back please £165. 00
