Just returned from holiday and popped to the look whilst waiting for cases - omg! How disgusting! they were dirty, one leaked and the door lock wasn’t working - I did complain to Jet2 who said they complain daily but are ignored - please don’t degrade Yorkshire this way - just employ

An absolute embarrassment!!!!
Leeds Bradford Airport you should be embarrassed,,, what an absolute shambles you are!!!

We were lucky & purchased Fast track before hand for security but my heart went out to those that were wasting there lives stood in that queue that went on for hours!
One belt Two men for 100’s of people,, again an absolute disgrace!

You’re coming up to the busiest time of the year , you know what’s coming and please don’t pull out the “short staff card” !!
We know you’re short staffed SO SORT IT!

No water in the toilet taps to wash hands which is absolutely disgusting when you think we are just coming out of the other side of a global pandemic & monkey pox is all over the news!

No sandwiches or bottles of WATER in the shops!

Of course we were sat on the run way for hours because we waiting for those poor people battling through security!!

Like i say a massive embarrassment when we look at how Geneva , Dubai , Zurich , Madrid airports are run!

I will AVOID booking any flights from LBA in the future!!!!

I warn everyone against using this airport. They did not honour our parking arrangement, meet and greet, even though we had all the documentation, as they said they had had a new computer system and the booking was not now recorded. This cost us 2x £194 extra for long stay parking and very nearly missed our flight. They are not now responding to my complaint even though they have now accepted it was their error. Nothing further to do than go to the small claims Court.

Arrived on 7th September 12 ish. Problem no1. Over 1 hour to check in for tui flight to majorca as luggage belt was out of order.. Problem no 2. Tui flight was going to be 3 hours late. Problem no 3. Nowhere to sit. Airport is overcrowded with queues to all bars and eating places. Passengers sat and stood anywhere they could. Problem no 4 when plane finally arrives we are checked in at the gate to board only to wait for
45 minutes in the bus shelter. Many children and oaps. Problem no5. No information passed on at all by airport or tui. Finally took off at 6.10 and was late for cruise departure. Appalling start to a holiday.
