I find the Lloyds website confusing and irritating. It is impossible for example to have paperless statements, they are determined that you WILL go paperless.

No stars because customer service so poor. As a Premier joint account holder and paying the fee since before the year 2000 both myself and my wife should be covered by the AA. The first time I breakdown and come to use this service the AA tell me I am not covered only my wife. After complaining to Lloyds Bank on 5 occasions and 2 bank managers over 4 weeks my complaint is not resolved and I have still not got my name on the AA system.

Contact details are correct on the online banking system, however, when trying to purchase sending OTP code to old mobile.

30 MINUTES later and I have now been transferred 3 times from the original telephone number stated on the transaction page stating OTP code required to complete transaction.

This is NOT acceptable and NOT good customer service, acknowledging working form home and busy during the pandemic, and NOT acceptable that personal records are not being correctly updated.

ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, WHO IS BUSY WORKING AND HAVING TO WAIT ON THE TELEPHONE NOW IN EXCESS OF 40 MINUTES = NO LUNCH BREAK!!!
