They have TWO websites on the go at the same time and it is completely useless as a service. They advertised a new better website but it is worse than ever. You are forced, on some circumstances to use one of two, or both of their reference numbers now. One is a payment reference and one is an account reference. Total rubbish. How about email address, postal address and telephone number as the identifier. Also you can only complain by calling them so they can record you but not you them; or write a snailmail paper letter to them. The old website does not show your full address when logged in, just the road name and postcode which surely must be illegal. When I log in I want to see ONLY my own address in FULL. The new website does not have history of usage etc so inks you back into the old one. Whoever is Project Manager for this wesbite migration needs sacking. He has not a clue what he is doing. A complete mess. Add to that there is only one company that monopolises the water and preaches to us about saving water when they should be focussing on the basics first. How come Spain has water fountains in their squares when it is summer. How come we used to have water fountains in Victorian times. My shower has a red ting at the bottom and when you run the cold tap fully open, it stinks of chemicals.
