I would like to forward my formal complaint to BARCLAYS BANK Customer Service 4th Floor Directors for fairly using my account for their own unprofessional activities, sharing very sensitive data about my long - term relationship coach Nuala, saying that she decided not not to be involved into my UC Account appointments , including Brien who's been completely ignored by he's own ( Nurudeen) words - he is nothing in UC deal.
By doing this I can say that todays (31.10.2023) agent been very arrogant, rude, horrible RASIST against other members of stuff, verbally using very abusive words in front of he's desk & haven't tried to get a refund on my UC account for the lump of £363.00 sum as soon as he can. He Is 100% Wrong & I want him out from he's chair - desk ASAP. Thank You.

You blocked my Visa card because of fraud on the internet because your system is not blocking fraud, it happened 4/5 times this year.
I needed some cash and went to my local branch in Poole, saw the receptionist and told to wait, three quarters on an hour, yes 45 minutes later I was summoned to a young guy who was very uptight to get my cash. I was in a foul mood by then and told him so.
It was quite deplorable firstly to have my card stopped, I phoned on Saturday to complain about the fraud expectation my card to be replaced by Wednesday NO CARD so I had to go to the branch, my new card still hasn't arrived by today Thursday. Before the card has arrived in two days.
What's Happened to Barclays!!!!
I think I'll move back to NatWest

I have been trying to close my account as business no longer operates in the same way. Not enough staff at the local branch, no one free to talk to me, the staff that did attend to me did not have the knowledge so gave me a number after a 30 minute wait.
When I rang the number I was in a que for over 20 minutes and still no resolution, so I have resolved to just tranferring the money out.
I think the business has put profit before service. I am not impressed.

Again. This is no false review that I have here. This is real, yes real. I know where the money is, will tell if someone calls me. I am asking for bank executive input and for help in getting this settled now and sent to me now. The 18+ month ? that has gone on has to stop and stop now. The agreement btwn SA and the UK. They did not obey. Instead all kinds of things have happened. Someone send me email, I will answer it.
