I was charged 2x for my shop at your Gosport store when I phoned up as soon as I got home and found out was told to go back to store with bank details and receipt as my partner is disabled and another 30, min journey was not poss I asked if they could help and said that the lady who served me would remember that the till went blank and I put all the shop through again it was only 24£ but as a pensioner on a very limited budget it has made things difficult I was not given much time and help

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORE
City where company is located (optional): LONDON

Of late, I have experienced and witnessed the worst in store staff behaviour in two central London stores. Hence will never shop with in any Waitrose branch again, that includes all JOHN LEWIS & PARTNERS branches, and any affiliated companies! Service levels have deteriorated over the past few years, therefore no reason to pay more for products that can be sourced elsewhere.

The managing director.

I was. horrified to see the disgusting rascist content in an article by zoe adjonaye ccalled the cultural appropriation of food. IT IS She said - WHITE BRITISH - THE. DOMINANT CULTURE ! Passing the food culture of minority groups through a WHITE FILTER!-FOR WHITE CONSUMPTION and WHITE profits..!!

Since when is the waitrose magazine a polifical plarform.? How dare you ? How dare you allow such vile rascist crap to be printed in a homey magazine.? People like to read recipes and cooking tips and should not be faced with vile rascism !! May i inform you that the WHITE DOMINANT CULTURE make up 95% of your customers !!. The many people that i have shared this with are equally horrified..
Of course we will Never shop in waitrose again..

I expect to hear from you at your earliest and may i add that people have been cooking food of the world for centuries in their homes and never has it been so disgustingly politised as in this dreadful opinionised crap.!

I regularly use Waitrose Guildford but no more. Despite your loudspeaker announcements, there seems little regard for the need to wear facemasks by your staff and some customers. At check out a male assistant asked ne to stand back while he dealt with car park refund. I did and noticed he was not wearing a mask and when asked why noyt he replied with a smirk that he was exempt. When challenged why he was nontheless a danger to customers he shrugged his shoulders as if raising two fingers. Not good enough. 6th March 2021 three Waitrose staff w/o facemask and two customers the same. Get a grip

I am very happy that you ditch the plastic bags but now it is the right time to only use recyclable material especially around fruits and vegetables which all this packaging is unnecessary!

This is the reason why i am buying organic grocery online now!

The plastic is destroying the oceans and killing the wild life animals and fishes and people are eating plastic too!

WIth the climate change it is our duty and responsability to change our comsumpion for the better!

Encouragaing organic against pesticides!

Not selling sick animals full of antibiotics which are dangerous for people health and the origin of the Amazonie s fires!

More destructions!

We have to work with nature and not against!

Money wont be able to save the planet!

Changes and improvements are needed urgently now!

Because it is our duty and responsability to improve everything!

Quality over quantity!

Thank you to take this message seriously and with consideration!

Best Regards!

For the second week running I have received substitutions despite my order stating 'not allowed'

I got home from work yesterday to 4 substitutions, 3 of which were not like for like. The other was a cucumber.

The refunded the items but this came to less than charged, so rang for the second time last night, they could not help. Told me to email today.

For the second week running they have not replied to the email or actioned said email.

Such a shame the product is nice but the service is disorganised and the online ordering does not work (substitutions). Also Customer Service are slow and do not fully answer queries if at all.

I will be writing to THE head of Customer Services and the CEO.
