I had a positive experience with Topshop. When I saw all these negative reviews after placing my first order in January, I must admit that I regretted it. Nevertheless, the package arrived safely and was sent home for delivery to Moldova at the start of February. The joggers and hoodies I got were of good quality and had the same colour and appearance as those advertised on the website. Additionally, I received a prompt response from client support when I wrote them on Facebook the following day. I actually have nothing to complain about, on the contrary. Regretfully, delivery is no longer free as it was on topshop.com since they relocated to asos.com.

I placed a large order, then regretted it after reading reviews on Google. I was so apprehensive as to what would turn up and when, but everything arrived a day earlier than expected. Every item is accurate and precise, as shown in the photos. A few things I had purchased had reduced in price, which was inconvenient, but other than that, I have no complaints about Topshop. I didn't return anything, but I wanted to since one item was a little too big. However, after reading reviews, I decided not to take the chance and hoped the tumble dryer would shrink it just a little. 😂
