I had a conversation with Abbas at approximately 4 p.m.
Excellent, empathetic, kind, and comfortable agent I said I didn't need a TV licence and invited someone to check that I only watched Netflix in my home. The advisor was prompt, informed, and sensitive to my customer's needs, so I was relieved. Nevertheless, I'm still fine with the visit whenever you'd like to check in, Abbas. Five stars, well deserved.

We had a little confusion when we moved, and even though we cancelled, we still received a demand letter for the old place. phoned after having trouble finding the form online. First-rate assistance resulted in an apology (which always makes a consumer feel appreciated) and a refund that doubled our expectations! 10/10 for outstanding customer service!
