I reported a problem at 11am on 5th Nov. My storage heaters were not coming on during the night. The engineer arrived at around 1.30pm. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had completed and tested the system and changed the meter by 3.30. He did this in a very efficient and professional way. It was a pleasure to have him working in my flat. All in all an excellent job all round. My thanks to Scottish Power and the gentleman from the contractors.

Eversince I was forced to have scottishpower as suppier after Eon seized their trading there are only problems. This company is unreliable fraudster group. Now every quarter increasing my direct debit, curently at 176 pounds a month, altho there was a discussion about outstanding balance created by their fault not setting up the correct monthly DD upon start. now exploiting this outstanding balance to rice my monthly DD. Looking at my consumption ther is no need for increase, perhaps rather decrease but no you are still increasing, I will sue you for fraud.

Provision of gas and electricity

since June the 18th I been trying to a working dual gas and electricity account from Scottish Power, I have a Gas account that does not allow me to submit my meter readings or even let me access bills even though Scottish power are taking money out of my bank account every month .I m also supposed to have an electricity account that they have been trying to set up since the first of July and I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Tried to talk to a customer service person about no access to my gas account this morning but cut off before any thing could be resolved , another wasted phone call.
