your driver who delivered this order twice violated traffic rules. 1 it was parked in an unauthorized place for cars whose length exceeds 5 meters, your driver went to the lawn with grass and drove into my private property. He could simply park at the gate and leave the load behind them, but he went to my yard despite the large size of his car and broke my fence. 2 he fled the scene of the accident carefully concealing his act

I ordered fence panels online. The website said they would be delivered 12th May. This date was confirmed in their 'Thank you for your order email'. I started chasing them 9th June and have just got a series of 'sorry if you are disappointed' responses.
I ordered from Travis Perkins only because they had the quickest promised delivery - they certainly weren't the cheapest. I feel conned into placing the order.
