I have been waiting for someone to get into contact with me for over 2 weeks I have called your complaints department and sat on hold for over a hour each time 4-5 times I have done this now and the response I get back is that a manger is going to get back into contact with me which he has failed to do every time.



The last conversation I had which was back over two weeks ago that they needed to check Lakeside cameras but they was unable to get into contact with them at the time but they assured them they will contact them and give me a call back the following day nearly 3 weeks later no call back.



You owe me over near £500 on a returns I returned back nearly 8 weeks ago, as you failed to supply me with goods I have ordered you supplied me with other things I did not order.



I think the service has been really poor considering I made a order for over £600 and you failed to give me the goods I have paid for.

i am still waiting my delivery after a month iv heard nothing from ikea they have my money i want my mattress. ive made phone calls ive wrote to three different head offices with all my paper work no one had the good manners to reply mybe a right up in the media will get a responce

trying to order stuff from ikea, get to put in post code at basket screen then told not deliving to my area with no reason why, so tried to ring the customer help line to find out why and they have semi disabled it with a voice saying they stopped taking calls. for a company this big you would of thought they would do more for the customers in this time.

not going to hold my breath for a responce to this as you tell they don't answer any things by the looks of it

Keep altering delivery date. Can not make contact with anyone, service department unavailable, cancel option unavailable, been trying for 3 days to cancel an online order. No email or complaints procedure. The most horrific customer service (non) ever encountered!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM IKEA I HAVE BEEN LET DOWN ON 2 DELIVERIES FOR THE SAME ITEM. THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM IE EMAIL, PHONE OR ONLINE CHAT THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I HAVE PAID DELIVERY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SO I WILL NOW HAVE TO TRAVEL OVER 1 HOUR TO DRIVE TO THEIR STORE TO GET MY MONEY BACK TOTALLY DISGUSTING

I have paid for speedy delivery but actually I am receiving no delivery. There is no actual way to make a complaint as the online chat is not operational, the phone line is unanswered and the link to email directly is broken.

No delivery, no means to ask why

Made an order of over £1800. No delivery on delivery date or the week after. No answer on customer services phone number, no web chat, no email address, no complaints procedure.

If you cannot deliver products because of Covid DO NOT TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

Pathetic. I will never buy from you again and will convince others not to as well.

A recent order, 1140254950, went slightly awry. These things happen, but the subsequent lack of customer care has left me very annoyed.



1: I ordered item 70400924 but received item 90481976.

2: I attempted to call your customer service line. The robot answering service sent me round in ever decreasing circles for half an hour.

3: After several abortive attempts I was told that this service was no longer available.

4: I tried the automated customer service web site. This robot idiot could not be less helpful as it appears to have been programmed to only answer a few questions.

5: I searched for an alternative web site and found one that seemed to be appropriate. I listed my problems and awaited a reply. 48 hours later I am still waiting!

6: Fearing a protracted delay to my project I re-ordered the items. This time, instead of offering me free delivery I am to be charged for the privilege of collecting from a drop box.

7: After listing the above I received an automated response saying that javier.quinones@ingka.ikea.com is not interested (or maybe does not even exist?) He did, however, suggest an e-mail address that does not exist!

8: After creating an IKEA account and signing in several times with no problem I am now told that my account does not exist, even though I was logged in on another window!

9: I have an e-form to cancel an order placed in the USA, but that is too far for me to travel! Unless you would pay the air fare?

10: I tried an e-mail address customer-services@ikea.com but the postmaster sent an automatic reply, in Swedish.

Damage product

Where is your complaint procedures? There is no email or online form to complete. I arranged delivery £40!! and when my items arrived, part of it was damaged and now I cannot get hold of you to resolve this. As ordered online I cannot return by the same courier as item too big. Your phone number has also been suspended. Surely a Company as large as IKEA should have a complaints department open - or maybe you don't take complaints!
