Tried to reset my wife's pass word and with her at my side giving me full approval to act for her I was passed to another operator and my wife had to go through the whole process again with a lady who had very poor command of English and in the end my wife gave me the telephone in sheer despair. In the end we got there and when we logged in we had to verify our telephone number which we did. Given a 6 digit number and told us they were ringing.
Subsequently it failed because being a computer that phoned us it could not cope with 'call protect! I spoke to someone in the complaints department and when I asked them to send a letter summarising my wife's balance the answer was no. They could not do so without my wife's authority! I have now given up. God knows what will happen when we die.
