We were scared we would have the same delays when we were leaving Hamburg on 13/5 after reading all the poor reviews of this airline; however, we just had a slight delay. We were exactly on schedule when we returned from Palma de Mallorca on May 20.We had a professional airline experience with courteous and well-mannered cabin staff.
Even the Hamburg Airport handled our bags quickly, something we weren't accustomed to in 2017.

I just arrived in Billund after travelling with SPA from Lanzarote. They filled a larger plane, so they landed early and skipped the scheduled fuel stop in Malaga. The service was okay, the staff was nice, and the seats were surprisingly comfortable. Snacks and drinks could be purchased onboard; they were a little pricey, but still probably not as expensive as other firms. Overall, it was a nice experience.
