Medication/prescriptions
City where company is located (optional): Coalville, Leicestershire

I am sick and tired of the attitude and shear lack of professionalism of the staff who work there. Normally I get my prescriptions in a cassette box, but due to Covid they are now giving them to me in their boxes with each brand.

Every time I go to the pharmacy to collect my medication it’s never ever been ready. They’ve lied and tried to confuse me by saying that they were not due until the next week after which would leave me short of medication which I must have to have any quality of live. They know that I am clinically vulnerable but I can’t afford to pay £5 for every prescription to be delivered to me.

They are very rude and keep people waiting anything up to 45 minutes. Whilst they gossip about their own lives and not concentrating on the job in hand. They are very rude at times and at best sarcastic.

Don’t go there it’s a terrible place!

This is a busy chemist but unfortunately the so called temporary manager who kept repeating ‘this is not my branch’ hasn’t got a clue! She gave me incorrect information regarding the medicine I required. Saying it could be weeks before we get it in when I’m fact they did have it in stock under a different name. I witness her arguing with customers outside the premises informing them incorrectly regarding the opening and closing times. She admitted she does not answer incoming telephone calls therefore nobody can check if there prescription is ready. I was in the chemist before the closing time and had already received half my prescription, other staff had already told me they had in stock the remaining part of my order. She then returned from outside and informed me I will have to come back tomorrow to complete my order. As we are instructed to stay safe at home I find I have to leave my home again to collect the rest of my prescription. A couple of minutes would of seen my order completed! Her attitude was disgraceful!
