Tesco's pharmacy in Winchester is got to be the worst one in the south. Sainsbury's in Winchester had a Lloyds pharmacy until they got rid. Now I know why Sainsbury's got rid of Lloyds pharmacy. The staff are shocking. Always running out of medication. Plus they have a text message service which they don't use so you're constantly going up there on the off chance to see if your prescription is ready. 9 out of 10 there's always a problem. I can put a prescription in on a Monday and I can go back up there the following Monday and it's still not done or they've run out of medication but don't bother telling the customer. I have been waiting for painkillers now for over a week now. I've Just been up to Tesco's pharmacy to see if my painkillers are ready but like normal they're not. Surprise surprise they haven't got any in . So now I'm going have to suffer in pain until they get some more in. This is absolutely disgusting. Not just for me but for the other people who are waiting for painkillers or other medication. Every time I have to join the massive queue of people moaning about their medication not being in or not being done. Looking at the reviews I hope they closed the bloody place down like they did up Sainsbury's. There were Complaint after complaint after complaint. I will be definitely changing pharmacies. Something really needs to be done. I don't even want to give them one star. Absolutely useless.

1 star as i must put something we ordered our drugs through lloyds kenedy way Immingham 2 weeks ago we went to see what was going on after trying to ring the pharmacy which was not answered at all. We then rang the surgery who told us to try and get the prescription from them or the medication they were aware several desperate elderly and ill patients were not getting service from that lloyds. I went down to the pharmacy that had 6 staff in the building which is not short staffed. But they closed completely from 10 to 1 to 2. 10 which is over an hour. On opening they did not have complete order even though they had had it 2 plus weeks. I managed a home as a nurse and the attitude and service of this place is discusting if they dont want to serve and care for the population of Immingham close it. My husbands antibiotics when he had covid took 3 plus weeks to arrive.

For a comanpy that comes under the umbrella of health care providers, this branch is absolutely filthy. When I complained to the staff I was told they are open until 11pm and they do not employ a cleaner. The filth and attitude of staff is totally unacceptable.

Invite for a flu jab

I was sent a snailmail letter inviting me for a flu jab and saying I had not booked one yet. Firstly, this assumes I would only get a flu jab at Lloyds and nowhere else. Secondly, when I went online to book a flu jab at my local Lloyds Pharmacy, there was a small calender to choose a date and time etc. The thing is, all the dates were greyed out and I was not able to click and choose any of them. What is the point of offering such an appalingly bad flu jab service? I can only assume that Lloyds make such vast money-grabbing profits, that they can afford to send out personalised paper letters in the post that ask you to book a flu jab and then, right at the very end of the process, fail so massively. Sad.

Poor Service

Went to collect medication only to find branch closed due to the Pharmacist
cancelling.
As the only chemist in the village this is a bad show considering the poor service that is already received and your area manager was supposed to contact me after 11th October to explain as to why we experience this poor level of service

After spending 5 hours at Accident and Emergency Oldham, I was issued a prescription of pain killers and was asked to take it to the above.

Upton arriving the little box with 7 chairs was full with no Covid 19 guidelines in place, no masks and a pregnant lady stood at counter the 45 minutes waiting (as she didn't want to sit down quite right)

I stood near the door, people was allowed to stand next to her as she stood at against the wall of the counter and never asked to move away. My self and others where aggrieved to have to stand right next to her due to Covid 19.

The shop was filthy dirty, and very unclean with no hand sanitizer available, I have spent over 12 months isolated to put in that position, disgusting practice.

Customers where informed of a 20 minute waiting time, actual waiting time was 1 hour to 45 minutes with a very long que outside., baring in mind most of these individuals are from A n E and are ill to say the least.

There was only 3 staff on catering for all Oldham hospital and all from A n E absolutely appalling service, the one staff that was serving couldn't find prescriptions that had gone away and come back an hour later. All the while they was taking more and more prescriptions when they clearly couldn't cope with what they had already.

I am going to report this to Oldham Council for not following government Covid guidelines, I would like to hope that the customer service gets better for the poorly individuals that have no choice to wait for there prescriptions at that pharmacy.

I took my repeat prescription and 1 for my daughter to this pharmacy. Although the notice on the board said the wait would be 30 minutes, I was told I would have to come back after 12pm the following day. I said my daughter's 1 item was urgent, and they reluctantly gave me those. I returned the next day at 3pm. The shop was shut, but someone came to the door and said the pharmacist had gone home sick. I said my prescription should have been done. Could I either have the medicine or my prescription back.
The next person to come and stand outside was told there were no prescriptions because they had had a flood. Who knows which excuse is correct. 3 people had their scripts returned while I remained waiting. After 15 - 20 minutes a woman came to the door to ask how I spelt my first name. Seriously, it can only be Jane or Jayne. Mine is the more common spelling. Eventually got my prescription back. They did say I could go back the next day to collect the items, but I declined. I actually need the items, and felt the original 1 day wait was too long.
When waiting the previous day, there seemed to be plenty of staff not doing very much with the phone ringing off the hook unanswered. As only 1 customer is allowed in at a time, they can hardly be overwhelmed.
