After a really trying night for me with my new contract phone with EE, I received a call from Lynne. What a wonderful woman! She was extremely kind and quickly resolved my issue. She was very professional, but she also treated me like a friend! She even provided me with her email address, so I may contact Lynne if I need anything else. I'm grateful, EE; you are the greatest.

I just wanted to mention that, in my two years as an EE customer, I had an incredible experience with the service. No matter the time of day, customer care is always available to address my questions. It is regrettable that you are continuously raising your prices, forcing me to quit.
